Philip Rosen, ICA’s COO and Director of Business Development, has a B.A. in Philosophy from NYU. He started his career in the mid-1990s at Bronx Municipal Hospital’s Albert Einstein College Department of Medicine as part of the Residency Program’s technical & administrative team. After two years he accepted a position as a systems analyst in the Server Farm & CC Mail Division at Bear Stearns (Manhattan) as General Manager. Within a year, he was promoted to COO and successfully managed the Manhattan and Flushing branches for 10 years.

From 2009 to 2011, Philip worked out of YouTube’s experimental studio in Manhattan as a content provider for STEM activism. His videos garnered millions of views.

In 2011, Philip brought his operational and project management knowledge and expertise from a diverse background in multiple industries over to ICA. He also represents the company for Business Development opportunities through the Chamber of Commerce, the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA), Government Relations, and numerous other Industry Community Conference opportunities.

Philip serves as a chairperson on the Project Leader Board at the International Society of Automation (BASDIV -Building Automation Systems Division) and was recently appointed to the BASDIV Executive Board & Secretary of the Education Committee, where he reports directly to the Chairman.

Outside of his responsibilities at ICA, Philip mentors at-risk youth through a program at the Greater New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Over the past couple of years, he has been actively putting together an Automation and Controls program for high school students.

Philip is currently getting his MS in Computer Science with a focus on Cyber Security at NJIT and he has recently been appointed as a member of The Kenilworth, NJ Atlantic Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors.
